Gina Pope

Executive Director

Gina Pope has been with Legacy Village of Jacksonville since February 2026. Born in Louisiana, Gina laughs as she admits that she started off her working life as an off-road dump truck driver, but her career in Health Services Administration really took off when she began working at a number of correctional facilities in Florida. During this time, Gina also obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Administration and Management from Keiser University in Lakeland, Florida. Knowing that she wanted to transition into the senior living industry, Gina pursued the necessary certifications and took her first step into senior living in 2019. Since then, she has served seniors with the goal to provide compassionate leadership to ensure high-quality care to seniors in a safe and welcoming environment. 

Gina and her husband of 30 years have three sons and four grandchildren who she absolutely adores. Now living close to her grandchildren, Gina values time spent with family and enjoys traveling with them whenever her schedule allows.
