Sasha Prough

Executive Director

Sasha joined Legacy Village in 2013 as a caregiver but didn’t stop there. She has also worked as the Assistant to the Resident Services Director, Resident Care Coordinator, and Business Office Manager, a role she kept for three years before being named the Executive Director. Sasha’s a jack of all trades!

As a leader, Sasha strives to be the best mentor for her team and wants to ensure the residents and families that Legacy Village of Jacksonville is providing the best care in our area. She attended Gadsden State Community College and later completed the requirements to become certified as a Category II Assisted Living Administrator in Alabama.

Sasha married her high school sweetheart, Dakota, and they make their home in Pleasant Valley with their two children, Coleman and Maisie. Her personal goals are to always try to be the best mom and wife, make sure that her children always feel loved and encourage in them a strong relationship with Jesus. When Sasha isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her family doing puzzles, shopping, watching baseball (Go Braves!) and football (War Eagles!).
